Before Using Esomeprazole From India

My Indian Pharmacy

When deciding whether or not to use a medicine, one must weigh the good it will’m willing to undertake versus the potential downsides of taking it. What to do is up to you and your doctor. Consider the following when taking the medication:

Allergies: If you have ever had any sort of adverse reaction to a medication, including this one, you should let your doctor know. Make sure your doctor or nurse knows about any other allergies you may have, including those to foods, colours, preservatives, or animals. If you want to know what’s in a product that doesn’t require a prescription, read the label or package carefully.

Pediatric: Studies so far haven’t found any problems unique to children that would make it hard for them to take esomeprazole for GERD. But it hasn’t been proven safe and works for babies younger than 1 month.

Geriatric: Studies so far haven’t shown any problems that are unique to older people that would make esomeprazole less useful. But older people are more likely to feel the effects of this drug than younger people.

Breastfeeding: There aren’t enough studies on women to know if using the medicine while breastfeeding is dangerous for the baby. You should consider the benefits of taking the medication while breastfeeding against the hazards.
