Lamivudine + Zidovudine + Nevirapine combines three antiviral drugs: Lamivudine, Zidovudine, and Nevirapine. They work by stopping HIV from making copies of itself, which lowers the amount of virus in your body. They also raise the number of white blood cells called CD4 cells in your blood. CD4 cells protect you from getting sick.
Lamivudine, Zidovudine, and Nevirapine often cause the following side effects:

To reduce side effects, take it on an empty stomach, preferably before bed.

Dizziness and tiredness have been reported by those on Lamivudine+Zidovudine+Nevirapine. Don’t drive or do anything else that requires focus until you know how it makes you feel.
Lamivudine + Zidovudine + Nevirapine can cause congenital disabilities. Use birth control while taking Lamivudine, Zidovudine, and Nevirapine for 12 weeks after stopping.
It could make your bones weaken. Regularly work out and take calcium and vitamin D supplements as your doctor tells you to.
Your doctor may keep an eye on how your kidneys and liver work. Tell your doctor if you have symptoms like stomach pain, loss of appetite, dark urine, or eyes or skin that are turning yellow.
Do not stop taking Lamivudine, Zidovudine, and Nevirapine without first talking to your doctor.
