If the way of payment is card or net banking, then you will receive an email with the invoice amount to be paid along after it is invoiced in the partner pharmacy. This step is to ensure we collect the exact amount after the invoice is completed.

NO, after we validate the prescriptions, our professional will then confirm the stock availability. We will send you a SMS or email, if we are unable to fulfill some healthcare products or medicines.

You will receive regular SMS and Emails about your medication order. You can also track your order on the pharmacy website in the history section. If there is any delay or change in your medication order, our customer care professional will call and inform you.
If after placing the medicines order, you would like to cancel it, you can do so by signing in to your account atwww.My Indian Pharmacy.com in the order history tab of the pharmacy home page or order cancel by us due to invalid or unauthentic doctor's prescription provided by user. Once the order has been approved by our team, please contact our customer care staff for cancellation requests. If the cancellation request is received before the medicine order being shipped, a complete refund will be made in case of COD or an amount equal to 2.5% of prepaid amount and processing fees deducted from prepaid amount will be refunded in case of prepaid or debited to your E-wallet. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated in the returns policy and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.
We strive hard to service all our medications orders. However, in case we cannot, we will refund the cost of the healthcare products or medicines.
We currently accepted payments in CARD, CARD OR BANK transfer. Cash could be handed over at the time or the service partner hands over the medication or healthcare products order to you.
