Return and Refund Policy

Myindianpharamcy, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best medicine or healthcare products at the best prices. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your buy, you may return the medication or healthcare products in its original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery exchange.

 

Returns procedure:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care staff at Custmor Care. Our customer care staff will note down your returns product request and help you with the date of delivery or exchange.

  • In areas serviced by Myindianpharmacy logistics team, you will be contacted by our team member to organize the pickup of your return. Please ensure your availability and shipment readiness to facilitate the fast processing and resolution of the returns way.
  • In areas not serviced by Myindianpharmacy logistics team, our designated courier partner will be contacted to enable the return shipment.
  • Alternatively, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

Refunds:

On successful receipt and processing of your return product process, an amount equal to the value of medication or healthcare goods returned minus any applicable shipping charges, reveres shipping charges, COD charge (if any) or 2.5% charge in prepaid, product processing charges and discounts will be refunded or debited to your E-wallet. A notification informing the same will be sent to your registered mobile number or valid email address. You will be able to use this amount for any subsequent purchase at www.Myindianpharmacy. If for some reason we are unable to accept the return, you will be informed accordingly.

Conditions for return:

  • Products should be unopened or unused
  • Products should be returned with original packaging, accurate condition, price tags, labels, and bar-code. In case of stripes, only fully unopened strips can be returned.
  • If the product has a gift related to it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original form.

No returnable products:

  • Due to reasons of health, safety and fair use, the following products cannot be returned once purchased.
  • Products that are perishable in nature like food items.
  • Electronic items that have been assembled or installed
  • Personal hygiene products and beauty accessories.
  • Gift cards and certificates.

Damaged products:

In the unlikely event that any medication or healthcare product you received from us is damaged:

Please do not accept delivery of the medicine or healthcare products if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with. If after you open the medicine or healthcare products packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all medication or healthcare products as it will depend on the availability in the stock of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer a refund.
